 Get windows finding Dualshock3/Sixaxis via Bluetooth


  The sixaxis and dualshock 3 apparently does not support the
standard Bluetooth pairing procedure.instead, pairing is done over USB.

  so have to rewrite sixaxis and dualshock 3's register of master bluetooth address first

But there arent a 64-bits version for any of them, only 32, so 64-bit are needed ;)
