Web server has be moved to USA

Someone complain the web server's response is slow. It has be moved to USA today, it is runing in USA now. I don't know is it can improve the speed.
It is not  obvious change in my side.

Breaks profile editor

Speed does seem better, unfortunately, the move appears to have broken the profile editor, I just get a page not found error.

Would it be possible to move this page to the client rather than loading it from the internet every time?
