Welcome editing.
My English is bad and I have not enough time to write all in English . — Acxie 2011/01/01 09:33
I rewrote a lot of the page, hopefully I got it all right since I don't have a PSPgo ;) . — extra_dessert 2011/01/07 08:51
Follow this guide to pair your PS3 controller with your PSPgo system with MotioninJoy. This is quite useful if you don't have a PS3 that you can do the pairing on.
Step 1: Install the MotioninJoy driver (0.6.0003+)
First, you need to download the MotioninJoy drivers.
You must use at least driver version 0.6.0003+! To download the MotioninJoy driver, visit the
Downloads page that has the links to the v0.6.0003 driver.
-
Step 2: Connect PS3 bluetooth controller and PSPGo to your PC via USB
Connect the PS3 controller to your PC with MiJ, directly through mini USB.
Power on your PSPGo, and navigate to Settings → Bluetooth Device Settings and press X.

Turn the Bluetooth connection on by pressing Triangle and selecting On.

Select “Manage Bluetooth Devices” and press X (or whatever button Enter is set as for your system).

Select Register a PS3 System Controller and press X.

Select OK and press X.

Connect the PSPGo to your PC through the mini USB cable, after the following screen appears. Both the PSPgo and the PS3 controller must be connected through USB until the pairing is complete.

At this point your PSPGo will be recognized in Game Controllers.

Step 3: Load the MotioninJoy driver
Open the DS3 Tool (Start → All Programs → MotioninJoy → DS3 Tool), then click on “Driver Manager”. (You'll need to agree with running as administrator).

Make sure the two connected items shown in the Driver Manager have hardware IDs of
USB\VID_054C&PID_0268(which is the PS3 controller, ds3/sixaxis) and the other has a hardware id of
USB\VID_054C&PID_03B4(which is the PSPGo)
Click the “Load driver” button

Step 4: Pair the controller
Click the “BluetoothPair” tab near the top of the page, then click “Dualshock 3 and PSPGo Pairing”
Click the “Pair now” button.

The PSPGo will automatically disconnect from the computer and the controller.
-
Note that if you pair the controller with any other system, such as your computer's BT adapter or a PS3 system, you will need to repeat Step 4 to use the controller on your PSPgo.
